Briarcliff takes home rights to The Dissident
Briarcliff Entertainment has acquired the U.S. distribution rights to Academy Award-winning director Brian Fogel’s Jamal Khashoggi documentary, The Dissident (pictured).
The 119-minute characteristic movie, which held its world premiere on the 2020 Sundance Film Festival, facilities across the October 2018 disappearance and homicide of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi contained in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, allegedly by brokers of the Saudi authorities, and the following world cowl up.
